How Memories Can Help Us Move Forward

The past months run through my memory as if they had been stitched together. I thought I was okay because I’ve worked from home for years. I didn’t realize that like everyone else, I spent MORE time doing things that I didn’t think about in “the time before”.
So on Saturday, we took the subway for the first time since March. We went to my office on Upper Westside of Manhattan. And I must admit that I was nervous. At the same time, I thought this was funny because living in New York City, I always took the subway. It’s the fastest way to get anywhere in this town.
